Decisions are based on:

Readiness to take responsibility
Alignment with how I work
The level of support required

Not every application is accepted. Some are redirected. Some are declined.

This is intentional.

What happens when you apply

Once you submit your application, I review it personally.

I’m not looking for polished answers.

I’m looking for honesty, self-responsibility, and readiness for the level of work you applied for.

You can expect to hear back within 3–5 business days.

If it’s a potential fit:

You’ll receive an email with the next steps.
Depending on the container, this may be:
- A private invitation to begin
- A short alignment conversation to confirm the appropriate container
Onboarding details will follow

If it’s not the right fit:

You’ll receive a direct response.
I don’t keep applications open-ended or leave people guessing.

You don’t need to follow up.
If you haven’t heard from me yet, your application is still under review.
